What is CL360?

CL360 allows you to create KRIs and KPIs and relate these indicators to risks in the register, assets, loss events, and the organization structure (people, process, technology, etc.). The entire risk management process is built with configurable workflows allowing risk leaders to orchestrate all the activities and actions required to capture, mitigate, and assess risks and controls. Automation helps manage task assignments such as contributions and approvals, escalations, and identifying the impact of changes to a control.

What differentiates CL360 from other similar products?

CL360 is unique in that it gives plan administrators the power to easily collect plan data and keep it updated. The ability to easily customize forms is really convenient. Making ad-hoc changes is quick and nimble.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the customization features/settings of the product can be confusing and unintuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product for teams who are looking for a cost-effective and easy solution to DR plan management. The software was relatively simple to implement with the vendors assistance. The ability to customize form fields and data collection processes on the fly is really convenient.
