What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
the unlimited spaces Confluence offers us and the ability to create and organize as much content as our teams need to provide a flexible and scalable solution for knowledge management with a powerful search and the hierarchical system making it easy to navigate and locate relevant information. The integration with other Atlassian suite of products, Confluence seamlessly integrates with other tools like Jira, providing a comprehensive solution for project management and collaboration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The comprehensive suite of services that are linked to confluence like Jira and the integrations available to allow for seamless workflows and collaboration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes some functions aren't as intuitive as we would like, and creates the need for workarounds. Although this is generally a minor and minimal occurrence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Atlassian in general is excellent if you are using the full product suite, which I would highly recommend using confluence with other products in the suite like Jira for maximum output and efficiency in your organisation!

How easy is to create wiki pages and share to the team

Document versioning and collaboration between team members is my favorite aspect of this product
What do you dislike most about this product?
Searching and indexing features are limited which drives to dedicate extra effort to find the desired documentation
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a product to facilitate the knowledge transfer between team members and improve the onboarding of new team members in an effective way this is by far the best tool to achieve that.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Its structured page hierarchy, flexible templates, and robust permissions system offer more control and clarity than many general-purpose collaboration tools like Notion or Google Docs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about Confluence is how it brings team knowledge into one organized space

The editing experience can be a bit clunky at times, especially when multiple people are working on a page.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Confluence is a great choice, however, be prepared to invest some time in learning how to structure spaces effectively and possibly extend the platform with add-ons for task management or automation
