What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Compared to its competition the tool shines in enhancing how the project management and document sharing happens. Its an easy to use fro all the ends. With the tool you are able to know the status of a project in the background.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and integration. The tool is also easy to customize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every feature of the tool just works fine.

Confluence is amazing!

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Given the various means of collaboration it offers both within and between teams, there is a lot to like about Confluence. I feel that it is the best-recognised wiki to use for companies developing out of the little and small stage, who demand more shared documentation and functionality beyond what google drive can offer (which isn’t much).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Confluence has been a handy application for collaborating and organizing team projects within my company. One of the features we enjoyed the most was its user interface, which is simple and easy to use; even if we don’t have much programming or web design experience, we can quickly and easily create and edit pages. One of the most useful aspects of Confluence is the ability to work together in real time with other team members. We can share documents, ideas, notes, and comments on a single platform, which keeps us on the same page and organised.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not good with visuals or imagery in general. Can become very cluttered, giving the impression that you are entering a door that leads to another door.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The ability of the many teams working on our projects to construct runbooks and keep project-specific documentation is confluence’s best feature. This is ideal because it allows us to easily access the confluence page for our project if we run into a problem and obtain the necessary information.
