What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

we have configured the Confluence for Knowledge and document management purposes in our organizations and it significantly delivers the outcome, it is reliable and secure. it has amazing multi language support which is very good thing for a globally presents people across the different geographical areas. Behind the scene Confluence uses the latest AI search and other rich tech stacks which makes it different from the other tools and softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence allows API integration and Workflow management and customizations which i things is the best part. we can set the approval and similar access granting stuff. All the reports and dashboards UI is user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence is overall a good fit for any orgnaization requirements, i didn't find anything which i dont like about the Confluence.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i would say Confluence by Atlassian is a great product with Awesome Feature, if somebody is planning to purchase confluence then i would say he should go ahead without having any second thoughts in his mind.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Tight data security, ease of use and excellent integration with third party technology are the most impressive point of difference that I have seen between Confluence and any other knowledge management software that I have tried or used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence's in-built document management structure is the best part of Confluence for me, This in-built document management structure benefits my team by making it convenient for my team to save critical work and project documents , organize the documents ,share documents easily and track all changes made to team documents from one centralized location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My team uses Confluence as a standard knowledge management platform, integrated with a standalone project management tool, In this way of use , Confluence perfectly meets my expectations and that of my team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is easy to use, integrates very well with important third party apps and has strong granular and encryption control for data security.
