What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence provide lot of ads ons like lucid chart, jira, I frames etc and easy to use.

Add ons like lucid chart, user friendlier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a decent document developing tool which embed tableau dashboard, data bricks dashboard using iframe and embed charts confluence is the best tool

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is easy to use and this for me , is a major area where it differentiates itself from alternate software products. From experience, I think the average professional is able to learn to use Confluence at a basic level within the first day of being introduced to this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence uses a lot of visual data throughout its interface. In my opinion, this makes it convenient for me to navigate across the platform. Even with its whiteboarding feature, Confluence gives me the freedom to brainstorm , collaborate and visualize my ideas freely by using a lot of lines , stickies , timers and stamp. Being able to illustrate my ideas as effectively as possible using visual data is what I have most cherished about Confluence.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Confluence has part qualities of a project management software , it is not one because it lacks important project management features for efficiently managing tasks, support for agile boards, the ability to track time, or even the ability to measure allocated project resources. This is the primary reason why Confluence is deployed for knowledge management purposes within my company, as against for project management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For efficient knowledge management of activities around day to day business processes, Confluence delivers great value for my company. It has served us a reliable platform on which we can save and easily access stated objectives and key results for individual projects in the form of documentations.

centralized project papers make it easier for people to work together and keep track of documents. real-time editing and interaction with jira make work easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

larger documents with many photos and links delay performance, making sophisticated project management difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ideal for atlassian jira-using documentation and project tracking teams.
