Confluence provides more features and ease of use. It is more secure and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the multiple file extension support feature and access controls on doc for privacy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the pages take much time to load or account logs out automatically due to cache of browser, but apart from this it is overall great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely a go to product if you need it to keep track of documents and share them with your peers.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
It also aids in fostering communication and teamwork. It also keeps the check and balance of customer’s demands and requirements. Any documents can be found quickly by using keywords and hashtags. My experience working with Confluence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can use wiki “space” for creating customer handbooks, articles, designing documents etc. the space helps in keeping the documents separate. Confluence new cloud version is one of the best features for the documentation of one’s knowledge. It is user-friendly so it doesn’t require more time and money to spend on it. it always makes best to keep mitigating the threats being arise during working.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is designed perfectly. Reports are built beautifully organized. There is no platform you will like once u gets use of this. This is so much creative and productive platform. This is the best choice for any person and organization. It has wide range of choices for the customization of the documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Confluence is the go for all business platforms. We can get full details about the project. It is simple to handle and business boosting software. It also facilitates audit trials which enables SEO optimization. If you are planning to have an efficient team project then this software is the best to go for. You won’t regret spending on it.

The utility of Confluence is high. It has several potential applications, including but not limited to document creation, project collaboration, knowledge management, and the development of private wikis. Many common operations can be automated or made much easier by using the program's extensive library of premade templates and macros.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, and a solid option for businesses of all sizes in need of a document management system. If you have a responsibility to maintain control over papers and their content, the various security options, the ability to share with multiple audiences, and the availability of document review workflows may all prove valuable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but after you learn the ins and outs of the program, you can make some quite stunning pages. You must keep in mind that this is a document management system, not a website builder.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Restrictions placed on drafts of materials before they are finalized and released to the public. It helps ISO methods of working by keeping a detailed audit trail of all page changes and activity.
