It is easier to get started with as compared to share point, and user interface is more friendly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitiveness of the interface, easy organization of content makes navigation super easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think so if I dislike anything, this is one of my favorite tool so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a small and medium-scale enterprise and really want to avoid the hassle of onboarding and training, confluence is your tool. It eliminates all complexities as compared to other tools available in the Market.

With Confluence can manage all research documentation, designs, page updates, development updates, developed code histories, quarterly plans and multiple transfer records, Its interface offers the option to automatically select the content of the title, standard headers in the paragraph options.

Allows us to Create procedures to save people time in valuable business processes, Document vital systems and processes, Share documents and data with your team, Integrate with other collaboration tools.

We need the Ability to create project boards

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

One of the well-known enterprise-level wiki solutions is CONFLUENCE, which allows us to document absolutely anything about the workflow that is being used. CONFLUENCE makes it straightforward to write, update, and constantly enhance information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CONFLUENCE is a fantastic tool for creating, storing, and exchanging technical and functional documents for business purposes. Project creation, collaboration, and file sharing between individuals and teams are all simple processes. CONFLUENCE provides a vast variety of projects that one may access, browse, and quickly obtain an idea of. The recommended course of action is for users to gain a self-understanding of various platform functionalities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Switching documents around the front and the hierarchy was where I had the most trouble with this software. Some of our less tech-savvy customers encountered a challenging learning curve before becoming comfortable with the website. Unlike Google Docs on Google Drive, users cannot view changes to a document in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you also want a master application to manage documents then it's the right option for you. Some of the important features are: there are many useful templates present; team members may be granted limited access; they can remark just on the blog; they can receive updates by selecting the watch button; they can receive notifications for every change; Link various projects together using links.
