What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first section of the template is called Headlines for a reason. It's where you'll share at a glance the most important information you want readers to understand. This can include milestones you've achieved, shortcomings or difficulties preventing you from progressing, any major risks, and other news such as changes in the team. This is a way for people who aren't going to read all the content to see the highlights - it's the time to talk numbers. Use the Business Analysis section to report progress on your top three or four business metrics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One problem users may face when using Confluence is trying to edit a document while someone else is editing it. Although users can access the reference and save it, they can't see the changes happening that other users are implementing until they refresh their page. Some users have also noted that this can result in lost edits. Some of the components can be a bit complicated to use and configure on pages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Objectives and key results are a phenomenal way to keep the team aligned with measurable goals. But they are even more useful when watching your progress. In the objectives and key results section and supporting staff initiatives, report performance on your top two or three objectives and key results. Specify the objective and add a brief description; then break down the outcomes and related important developments. What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence offers an astounding variety of editing options, something that is lacking in other documentation systems. Confluence offers great integration with Jira in addition CONFLUENCE has access to every Jira dashboard, allowing documents to be backed by tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best documentation tool of all time is Confluence. It not only enables us to have all of our documents in one location, but it also organizes them incredibly effectively and enables us to get them at any time. I appreciate the way it integrates with JIRA, one of the primary programs we use at work. Overall I like every aspect of it but my favorite is its high-level security of our documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Switching documents about the front and the hierarchy was where I had the most trouble with this software. Documents could occasionally arrive where I wanted them to, but occasionally not. Some of our less tech-savvy customers encountered a challenging learning curve before becoming comfortable with the website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As long as you remember where you've been placing the documents, Confluence is a wonderful tool for organizing them. The expanded Add-In marketplace is this's the strongest point. Users can use programming, pictures or graphics, 3d animation or videos, or even forms inside of documents and pages to effectively represent their ideas.

Extraordinary platform with multiple options for growing a collaborative group in an optimal way. Offers numerous integrations with third-party platforms that help improve productivity. Integration with other enterprise products. It is easy to implement to fit any budget, being more optimized than other platforms and can help any company to expand its operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We improved with the use of page tagging which allows our company to establish shared workspaces where employees can efficiently complete a wide range of tasks and macros that allow dynamic elements to be introduced on confluence pages based on tags and linked pages are great internal pages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having great features as very comprehensive software some of our less tech savvy users found it difficult to learn how to use the site. With lots of features to deal with complaints and software people, but if you are not a person familiar with how these softwares interact with each other, it becomes quite complex and somewhat difficult to navigate and configure for any valuable use a support service with multiple languages not just English.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the goal of an organization is to increase productivity by a favorable percentage, then Atlassian Confluence is the tool for you, as it facilitates the creation of multiple shared workspaces and interaction, such as workflow as well as productivity. It is perfect for organizing a lot of knowledge, instructions and team agreements. It has really helped my group maximize our time and share information in the most efficient way.
