What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has all features that are required in organization and collaboration of all employees under one unified tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is gives my team the best working platform that can virtually connect us when working on a project. We can chat and share ideas while implementing the task. Sharing documents and saving files with Confluence has been productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Familiarization with the user dashboard takes time for new users. I have had a wonderful experience and I have no complain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence has accelerated the performance of projects and enhanced contribution of all company members. It has been a source of inspiration for all members and I recommend to other organizations.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is a perfect tool for Knowledge Management and Document Management, they are well integrated with JIRA on task management which allows documentation seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with JIRA, faster document development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile version of Confluence is not that friendly, would hope to see that get improved over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering adopting Confluence for Knowledge Management, and have JIRA in place currently, this product will make your life a whole lot easier. Confluence has a rather short coming on its mobile version so if that is something you are heavily evaluating, please see if Mobile version is much needed.

Security and Access Control Securing of electronic documents from unauthorized access and the ability to assign access to specific users or user groups.

Access Tracking The tracking of document access, including who had opened it or downloaded it.

Version Control Tracking of document versions with each iteration of document changes.
