It is a professional service which provides automation of the highest standard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Takes care of its own updates Technical documentation is very good IT support

What do you dislike most about this product?

needs to be more simplistic and have better support needs to lear fast as its a new-ish business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a managed service provider business, I would recommend definitely to look at Automate

The customisation for project management is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For Automate to get even better, they need to improve the configuration process.

To make use of the excellent educational resources and support that the ConnectWise team offer.
