I haven't used other products to comment on this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration of all the modules into one system has created many efficiencies across HR and the Organization as a whole.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is sometimes not as responsive as we would like, and sometimes we feel like we know more than they do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know what you are getting into and be present in the implementation, do your part and test test test!

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Ceridian Dayforce is the ideal application we've implemented at work, helping us not only hire employees but also fully customize the onboarding procedure and easily get rid of paper management issues. In order to maximize employee involvement with our business culture and boost productivity, Ceridian Dayforce has really helped us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the help of Ceridian Dayforce capabilities, we are now able to accurately evaluate performance, make intelligent pay decisions, proactively minimize staff turnover, and strengthen teams. Utilizing Ceridian Dayforce has allowed us to quickly and effectively discover the top individuals for our staff and hire them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even if it doesn't happen regularly, when it does, waiting for it to resume responding can be quite annoying and a waste of time because there isn't much that workers can do aside from lodge a complaint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the most complete and flexible solutions available, Ceridian Dayforce can help you fully comprehend your workforce and motivate them through ongoing, collaborative goal-setting, assessments, and training. By using its data-driven analytics and producing tailored reports, you may make decisions that are more honest and wise.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Payroll, workforce management, scheduling, compliance tracking… it’s all bundled into one platform. For a talent manager, that’s a big deal because it means fewer systems to juggle when dealing with things like tracking employee performance, managing leave requests, or running payroll reports
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can see at a glance which teams are thriving and which might need more support. Also, the self-service portal is a nice touch—employees can update their own details, check payslips, and request leave without flooding HR with emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigating some of the more advanced features feels like solving a puzzle, and new users often need extra training to get up to speed. Also, mobile functionality is hit-or-miss—great for checking schedules but clunky for anything more complex
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dayforce is worth considering. It works especially well in environments where tracking hours and labor laws matter. But if your team setup is simple, it might feel like overkill.
