A resourceful team that helps you on set up and also a good payroll processing experience makes it better from other products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its User friendly whereby it allows you to make updates to a page and see what would change before publishing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Leave management features are low in that you can track leaves of absence in the leave management

I highly recommend this product for transparency and HR management

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

What stands out most for me is how well Dayforce handles scheduling. With multiple shifts and last-minute changes, having a tool that adjusts on the fly is a lifesaver. During a recent production surge, we were able to quickly realign teams, manage overtime, and stay compliant with labor laws—all without endless spreadsheets or late-night phone calls. The self-service portal has also been a hit with our team; employees can check their schedules, swap shifts, or request time off with ease, which keeps everyone on the same page.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The payroll module is a real highlight. Since everything from hours worked to overtime is synced in real time, payroll errors have dropped significantly. The single application approach—where scheduling, time tracking, and payroll live in the same system—means there’s no room for discrepancies or redundant data entry. And let’s be honest, payroll disputes can be a nightmare, but with Dayforce, those conversations have almost disappeared.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One area I think could use a little polish is the reporting interface

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dayforce has helped us foster a more engaged and efficient workforce. It’s streamlined processes that used to be a headache, like tracking certifications for machine operators or conducting performance reviews. Compliance audits have also become far less stressful because we know all the data we need is accurate and accessible in one place.

Good product to track all payroll related data

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Tracking of RSU is very good option compared to other payroll which I have used

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly I would say Easy of access of payslip and required documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

Little bit slow maybe because of integration of third party application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ho ahead if you want to track salary as well as RSU and PF
