What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Overall, the best feature of Ceridian is that you have several different modules all working in sync. It allows you to use one system, where in the past you might have had a half dozen or so different systems. It’s like a Swiss army knife.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Dayforce is not a rigid stone tablet. It is highly customizable and flexible depending on your needs. As a result, there is often more than one way to accomplish something. For some admins, that might make it more challenging to use, but it makes our super-users feel more empowered and independent as admins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The majority of our employees are hourly manufacturing workers who aren’t sitting in front of a computer all day, so that presents a challenge in making sure they have access to everything they need. The mobile app has improved, but there are still things that are currently not accessible via mobile. Two most crucial things that come to mind are ability to view attendance points, and ability to complete performance reviews. Ceridian recently added mobile benefits enrollment. The app currently does not allow team member to complete “Forms” on the mobile device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ceridian will work very closely with you, especially during implementation. But if you go into your partnership with Ceridian expecting them to do everything, you will likely get frustrated. While Ceridian offers support and assistance, they give you the freedom to make your instance your own. The more time you can spend figuring out solutions on your own and learning the system (and there is a LOT to learn) in the process, the better off you will be in the long run.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Ceridian Dayforce is the most complete and effective tool that we have to carry out the management of our human capital, this program does not offer a large number of options that we can apply to carry out an adequate order of the new income as well as the payroll of each of them with their salary differences according to the positions and work positions where they work, this program is the favorite of the human resources department of the company, this is due to the tools that we have at hand to monitor the life cycle of each one of my co-workers, in addition to the fact that it is very easy to apply each of its options, that is to say,

One of the best aspects of this program is the great domain that we have to be able to customize each of the projects that we have through this means according to the demands and needs that we must apply due to the work methodology that we execute to address the management and administration of each of the company's employees, Ceridian Dayforce is a program that we like to use thanks to the efficiency on every occasion that we approve it, as well as one of the best features that this program presents is the inclusion of a truly intuitive interface that it guides us to have the best proactivity with the program, it is thanks to this program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The number of updates and the little change that this program undergoes in each one of them does not justify the high cost of the program, I mean this program does not make many changes in its system, at the same time that little by little the rate of This program is growing discreetly, this is a problem that bothers us about this software and we want it to improve in this regard, since the difference in the amount from what we have to date is very wide.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program is the solution that every human resources department wants, since Ceridian Dayforce brings together the best solutions to lead the working life of all the employees of the company hand in hand, I am always willing to recommend this program for the level of professionalism and control that it offers to each of its users.
