It tends to be more comprehensive and focused on automation and real -time exploration, meanwhile that other resolutions have the possibility of focusing more on concrete surfaces, such as performance administration or recruitment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is characterized by having an interface and experience of a fairly intuitive, flexible and customizable client, which allows employees to interact in a simple way with the platform and obtain a better experience, and have the possibility of automating several processes, which saves time and Decreases errors, such as aid monitoring. , Hours worked on the monitoring and administration of the payroll and the positive results of the employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With the negative points, certain users have experienced inconveniences with the customization of the reports and with the support to the buyer. However, each trade is different, so it is essential to carefully evaluate whether to close Dayforce is the best alternative for its trade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It integrates well with other human resources and payroll systems to ensure efficient administration of commercial processes.
