the flexibility to support the product internally without a large team

The ad hoc reporting tool is weak

It is a solid system, but you will need a BI tool to assist with reporting

The support team should respond faster to issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ceridian is an important tool when it comes to management of the workforce. You can even do that remotely. The software offers value for money.

Great having one complete HRIS system! Tax filing and ACA processing is managed by Ceridian in the US & Canada and not outsourced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, access to customer service, access to self help guides, access to training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared going into implementation. Have a solid project manager that will keep your team on track with meetings, Dayforce planning, training, deliverables, etc. Plan to backfill a resource so your primary team can focus on the project.
