What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Unlike other products, Ceridian Dayforce is a comprehensive cloud platform and houses many capabilities as can handle HR, Payroll, talent management, Workforce management, and so much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Ceridian Dayforce offers Amazing capabilities when it comes to Human Capital management The software is cloud based which is a plus It comes with a great User Interface and using it is straightforward. With this software, we have been able to boost productivity

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only con is that Ceridian Dayforce can be expensive to some businesses as it doesn't come cheap

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Ceridian Dayforce for all matters Human Capital Management. It offers best features and is very capable

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

It provides a single solution for all required applications for employee management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the single login we can apply for leave, Edit address, check payroll everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want to see the level of employees in this then sometimes after zooming it will not work fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nothing. But they can improve their UI of the application.
