What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce is interesting because it's not just a bunch of add-ons, it's built as one system with a single database - that's a huge deal for keeping data consistent. Their payroll is also different; it's "continuous," meaning it calculates in real-time as you make changes. Super helpful for accuracy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I had to pick one thing I love about Dayforce, it's gotta be the single, unified platform. Seriously, having all the data in one place and flowing seamlessly between modules makes life so much easier. No more exporting and importing between different systems! It really cuts down on errors and gives you a much clearer picture of what's going on across the business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, the thing I dislike most about Dayforce is probably the UI. While it's gotten better over the years, it can still feel a bit clunky and outdated compared to some other modern HCM systems.
