What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

With the help of Dayforce's robust reporting and analytics capabilities, businesses can better understand their employees and make wise decisions. Dayforce assists businesses in staying current with tax and labor laws, which is essential to avoiding fines and guaranteeing legal compliance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Dayforce for real-time data updates. Changes to employee data, such as hours worked or benefit changes, are reflected instantly, increasing accuracy and reducing the chance for errors. Helps recruit, hire and develop staff, may manage talent, candidate tracking, performance reviews and career development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If more modules and customizations are added, costs can go up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest Dayforce's user-friendly design makes it easy for HR managers and employees to explore and use the system. You can also access your data from anywhere with mobile apps.

Disappointing experience, poor service, glitchy

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

This system has more features than our previous vendor but implementation was long and nightmarish. Poor customer service after you go live, sales way over-promised, they charge extra for everything. Constantly having to open support tickets to address ongoing problems, quarterly 941s have had errors every single quarter, timekeeping system goes haywire occasionally and is unreliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recruiting system

What do you dislike most about this product?

terrible customer service, no dedicated account manager, very complicated and is not user friendly at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan to budget for a lot of extras. they charge for the simplest changes or support.
