The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
One integrated plaform for the HR record
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Having all (most) of our information in one place, being able to report various different metrics regarding employees. Workflows have streamlined our processes immensely! No more email stuck in someone's inbox. You have clear line of site to what's happening, how long processes take!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting can be tricky to find the correct metric / value / field
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't do it all at once - start small and and implement on module at a time, Ensure you have strong technical expertise. Really understand your business requirements and don't get stuck in "how we do it today". The most difficult thing about implementing a system from manual process is to not get caught up in the "how" but the why!

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The ability to customize Dayforce for our needs and security for employee information. The quality of the Payroll product is amazing and accurate and the Support Teams for both our North America and International locations is fantastic. The implementation was a bit rocky but we credit that to our desires for the type of customization that we needed so it too a bit longer to work out our specific needs. The implementation teams and the support teams are there to help and they do, when needed in the most efficient ways. We launched in 2017 and haven't entertained any ideas of changing in the future. We consider Ceridian a good partner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have two favorites. Workforce Management - Period Review is my first favorite. You can view an entire pay period in one spot, select an employee and link directly to the timesheet. See where issues are and immediately correct prior to payroll processing Edits are easy and very user friendly for management. My second favorite is the Dayforce Wallet. It allows our staff to take advantage of on demand pay set to our specifics without any added expense to the employee or to the employer. It is easy to use, easy to customize and easy to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only dislike is the number of "Hot Fixes" we have to endure. With our customization, Hot Fixes sometimes break existing features we have designed and have to work then with the support teams to rectify. We find that the Hot Fix usually is for some feature we have implemented a "work around" for and thus the Hot Fix causes issues with the work around protocols. The support teams work efficiently with great skill to allow us to move forward and we are usually fixed and ready to proceed very soon after we discover an issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Decide what you need and how you want to structure your company. Create a team that will work with an implementation specialist and look at what you currently do with the product you are replacing. Decide what you want to keep, what you want to improve and what you want to get rid of. Talk to other clients that are similar in size to your organization. Planning is essential to a smooth implementation. Take the time to plan wisely. Stay simple in your organizational structure as it will grow as your needs grow and if you start large it could have the tendency to become too large and require too much maintenance.
