What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my opinion, intelligent process automation is the jewel of DocuWare. From capture to approval, streamlining document-centric processes greatly improves efficiency. Secure storage, streamlined collaboration, and fast document retrieval are all benefits of a central repository.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although DocuWare has many useful capabilities, customers who are not used to complex document management systems may find the initial setup and customization a bit daunting. One way to streamline the onboarding process is to provide better tools or tutorials.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
