What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are an MSP backing up 70-90 businesses using Dropsuite platform through reseller Pax8. In order to create every organisation in dropsuite we had to activate and login to an MFA Enabled account for every organisation.. Queried this with dropsuite and it seemed to be a requirement with no way to avoid this. Seen as we was using the Dropsuite partner portal to administrate Dropsuite Backups this seemed pretty pointless Secondly, Late introduction of Snapshot based backups and this was a must have requirement for us, unfortunately meaning we had to move some customer back to another product which did support this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure the product is cost effective and comparative in functionality before moving or you may need to move back

Backup of the entire Entra environment - including emails, sharepoint, teams etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Speed of search, GUI sometimes does not reflect whats happening in the backend

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest the time to go through all the features with the team, make sure you understand the features and limitations.

Integration with Other Security Software Service will integrate with existing security systems, such as firewalls, SOAR, SIEM, endpoint security, or other security components.

Backup of Cloud Based Data In addition to targeting backups to the cloud, the solution also has the capability to back up primary data and services already in the cloud.
