What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

Dropsuite is incredibly easy to set up and manage, especially for non-technical users. Its automated backups, compliance-focused features, and smooth integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace make it stand out from more complex or clunky alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate how hands-off it is once it's configured. The daily automated backups work quietly in the background, and the restore process is quick and simple, which saves a lot of time and stress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the biggest downside is the lack of real-time or hourly backup options. In fast-paced environments, waiting for a daily backup may not be ideal. The search function could also be more powerful when trying to locate specific data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly email backup tool that doesn't require constant oversight, Dropsuite is a great choice. Just be sure to evaluate how often you need backups to run and whether daily frequency fits your business needs.

What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

Using Dropsuite in comparison to any other solution is just a lot easier it allows you turn it on and it just works , never have i come across it failing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the 365 backup is the best, all accounts were restorable very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didnt dislike much apart from the different RRP every company charges , we managed to find one which was very beneficial and reasonably priced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hurry up and go and migrate over
