What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

Ease of integration, super easy to utilize Makes things easy for the team to recover things from SharePoint/OneDrive and Exchange Online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use is the main reason we transitioned away from using Veeam for Office 365

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training materials are mostly lackluster. Backup reporting is slightly non-existant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re looking for something that a Level 1 technician can use to quickly restore items, this is it.

What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

Email query tool is much more feature rich that other providers. The ability to search and query all mailboxes for a specific email address, word or date time is super time efficient rather than restoring everything then having to see if you have what you were looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface could use some work, especially for new users. it can get a bit tricky going from a partner to a customer account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a cloud backup solution, give this a try. The features that you have available to you far out way any minor niggles regarding users interfaces.

Automated Backup Testing and Verification Goes beyond monitoring whether backup jobs completed by verifying the integrity of data restoration.

Integration with Other Security Software Service will integrate with existing security systems, such as firewalls, SOAR, SIEM, endpoint security, or other security components.

Backup of Cloud Based Data In addition to targeting backups to the cloud, the solution also has the capability to back up primary data and services already in the cloud.

Backup Automation Solution automates backup, recovery and remediation tasks using RestAPI and CLI to integrate with 3rd party solutions, reduce cost and enforce standards.

Replication for High Availability Beyond secondary copy backup, the solution also manages replication of primary data host-to-host and site-to-site for live failover and high availability.
