What differentiates Dropsuite Email Backup from other similar products?

The deployment process is made incredibly easy with 365 tenant integration tools, as well as the ability to filter objects for backup by dynamic Entra ID groups is incredibly handy when it comes to billing versus what the client needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to turn it on and "forget", knowing everything will be backed up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Documentation can be a bit confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Essential for piece of mind to back up 365 mailboxes, onedrive + sharepoint whilst knowing it won't be a problem to bill out with major vendor integrations and PSA integrations.
