What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
It has a wide range of applications, including CRM and ERP. It is also scalable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is that the cloud-based version ensures accessibility from anywhere which promotes collaboration and reduces the need for on-premises infrastructure and maintenance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Licensing and subscription costs are high particularly for the small business I work for .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say if you have the budget go with it.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
One thing that really stands out to me about this program is that the Microsoft team provides a demo version of it. You can test it out for free to see whether it suits your needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love this tool for its powerful analytics that utilize customer profiles and data to run simple and fast studies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing that doesn't quite appeal to me is how complex it is to set up client profiles. Despite that, upgrades are making it better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this program for its incredible functions, its good customer service that is always receptive and helps when you need it most. In short, it is a fantastic program that every company should use.

The ability to gain overall insight on my client need and their data is the favourite aspect of this software for me. With this software i can adopt solutions to my client needs.in real time

This software is quite expensive for start-up businesses and small companies.
