Dynamics 365 Customer insight is sophisticated and very good in terms of it features, functionality, interface and customer service support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to gain overall insight on my client need and their data is the favourite aspect of this software for me. With this software i can adopt solutions to my client needs.in real time

This software is quite expensive for start-up businesses and small companies.
