What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

Easily trackable, analyze the tasks and growth and contains all database in one platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Full integration for other Microsoft products and online excel editing is amazing. Integration with outlook for emails is very good feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Entering data is tedious. Entering large amount of data is not easy. Sometimes, the processing time and saving seems to be slow

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Dynamics is a great product to use for beginners as it has integration with other Microsoft products. It helps people stay organized and on track. It provides good amount of reports that can be customized

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some of the features are: 1) Great collaboration and interaction with various print and digital channels and social platforms such as WhatsApp, FB, etc. 2) High level of user security. 3) Built-in advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled deep insights and analytics. 4) Efficiently monitors case volumes, customer engagements, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The subscription price is a big concern. Although Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a customized and personalized service to meet your on-demand business needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is no doubt an excellent service among other available solutions in the category. The company has also provided excellent customer service and support that provides almost real-time resolutions of all your issues. You can consider this if you want to improve your business process outcomes.

It seems to integrate well with what we already used and was cost-effective in rolling out. People seem to understand the products better. The data is easy to interpret as well. Seem to doubt it real time on a weekly basis helps

Every once in a while you’ll have an error having a rooster programs at times. Otherwise the product runs really well and have had no major issues

Just take a look at the features of the product and really how will the ease of integrating it with your current products in relationship to the costs are. It’s a well-established company with great support that rolls out updates frequently.
