What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Another aspect that makes field effect MDR one of the most unique is customization. It can also be a customizable software which unlike other software it gives the user a chance to customize its alerts and dashboards to specific requirements thus it ensures that every individual team gets the relevant information. The second advantage refers to the fact that this surveillance service is operational 24/7 and has continual support that provides us with peace of mind since we can know that our defenses are under constant surveillance
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
FEMDR has really become a partner in crime as it gave us the real-time insight into our vulnerabilities and makes it easier to achieve regulatory compliance. Field Effect MDR is my favorite due to its suitability in organizations dealing with sensitive information or sectors that are highly regulated as in the case of the finance or healthcare sector. The fact that it can detect the arising threat and give a suggestion on how to respond to threats makes it a very useful tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customization is a good point, but it will be confusing to the user who is not experienced enough, so there is initially a learning process that is necessary
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have or rather, I had; a positive experience regarding Field Effect MDR. The implementation was reasonably easy and the team training, which has been difficult has in general been met positively. Since we began using it, we have observed that our number of cybersecurity incidences has reduced, leading to the feature of early threat detection and quick response to threats.

As a Canadian company, we are appreciative that Field Effect is Canadian and that they prioritize high-quality service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We particularly appreciate the filters to reduce noise in alerts while still being proactive, The elimination of false positives and duplicates is greatly beneficial to our operations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Through the onboarding process, we did note some improvements needed there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go with Field Effect MDR - it has given our company a competitive edge and confidence to know that our clients are as proactively covered as possible.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Field Effect MDR is a streamlined and easy to use product that gives useful insights in a very timely manner. Threats and suggested resolutions are described in an easy to understand manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Without this product we would be lacking the valuable real time notification of abnormal behavior in our environment along with insights into vulnerabilities that our MSP has a tendency to miss.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of my main dislikes is within the user interface. The device dashboard does not give you the ability to remove retired devices. They do fall off the list after 30 - 60 days, but it would be nice to have the ability to remove retired devices manually and have them automatically readded if they come back online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a fantastic product that I make sure in installed in every location we have!
