What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms differs from other forms services for the simple fact of being a platform with great accessibility and with a very minimal cost. In my personal and work opinion, I consider that Google Forms surpasses many other platforms such as Zoho Forms, because it offers a much more accessible service regarding its costs, and allows leaders and administrators to carry out all kinds of forms without putting your ROI at risk. In addition, Google Forms offers great connectivity with other Google services, therefore, it will be very easy to manage all the forms that are made day by day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Forms has many aspects that for me have been quite positive and have achieved an attractive experience at all times, however, I will mention the ones that stood out the most during the use of this platform. 1.- Google Forms contains offers excellent pre-designed templates for each form that has to be made, an organized design that helps the information to be clearly seen and understood without any problem. 2.- Google Forms is quite simple to implement and configure around a medium or small company, the notification system is configured in just a few minutes, the integration of the recipients for each form is the most tedious process but still way it doesn't take long on it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform has provided excellent results for all areas of my company, being very active and available to the user 24 hours a day, however, various negative factors have also emerged which have significantly affected my development or adaptation to this platform, some of these factors were: 1.- Google Forms does not have the ability to function without an internet connection. Repeatedly, I have been away from work and do not have internet access, and I have tried to make forms from the mobile phone app, but I have not been successful. My idea was to create offline forms, and then finish them when you have an internet connection, but with this platform this is impossible to do. 2.- Google Forms contains limitations for each occasion, as it is, for the insertion of images and for the integration of the text, this in order to maintain a relative form for the client and that is not tedious when completing it. However, I consider that the limit of images allowed to insert should be increased, since this way, more creativity would be given to each form.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform offers one of the best forms creations in the market, you can make all kinds of forms for your clients or recipients in just a few minutes, without having to spend so much time configuring and inserting certain information into it. Google Forms also offers a work compartment, so you can share all these forms with the different work teams in order to simplify it.

Google Forms is Connected or integrated with high level of technology, making the application one of the most preferred tools for data management and project planning. Again, there is a clear way regarding the process of running this application, making the whole process quite simple for all the users. The installation procedure for Google Forms is so small and it comes with the a Google account Package.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The developer of Google Forms ensures that the application is functional, advanced, and speedy in doing its procedures. Again, there is a great opportunity that this tool provides, which is on secure storage, making the whole process more easy and efficient. Furthermore, there comes with other software that Google provides, and they all work towards proper information management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms has a concrete solution for the whole project and data management, and having a tool that never breaks down, or has less power for project management is something effective. But, the layout and the themes that Google Forms has could be possible made pretty and flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is a notable application, with extensive information regarding the way we handle all the business activities and programs. Also, the tool has no limitations on who can use it, and therefore, if you suitable to do all the works in a company.
