What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is part of the Philippine culture already. Google forms were now the go-to product of Filipinos whenever they needed to send a form for them to fill out or a survey to administer. This cultural integration of Google forms to Filipinos stemmed from the fact that Google Forms is easy to use, free, and has better accessibility than any other similar products in the market. They also continue improving to provide the best experience for their end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is it improves my productivity and saves a lot of resources and time. For instance, I used google forms to administer my survey questionnaires for my research and even for my thesis. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't go personally to my respondents. Hence, Google Forms was the best option to reach them and gather data. I just sent the link to them, and voila, the next thing I know, my respondents have already provided me with the data I needed. The answers to the quiz I also created were automatically checked, saving me a lot of time that I devoted to polishing my manuscript.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Google forms is that they could do better with their analytics. Bar graphs and pies are very basic. I know they could do better than that to provide their users with better insights from the data gathered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Once you have tried it, it will be your go-to product whenever you need to administer a survey, gather pertinent information in your organization, or use it in academia. Google Forms has features that could save you a lot of time, energy, and resources, improving your general productivity, whatever organization you are currently affiliated with.
