What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

You can use it to build unlimited surveys, ask unlimited questions and collect information from as many respondents as you can get - all without paying a cent. SurveyMonkey offers a free plan, but it’s limited. You can only ask 10 questions in each survey, and receive a maximum of 100 responses. For anything beyond the bare minimum, you’ll have to dig into your wallet, with plans starting at $32/month. that's the difference

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To start using this tool, you only need a Google account and i love this part most cause you don't need any additional registration

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design customization is very limited. Advanced users can change the design to use the tool with a greater number of purposes and there are certain limitations regarding the capabilities of this tool. It accepts texts up to 500 Kb; images up to 2 Mb; and so on..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement this product, it will make your life easier

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

When I'm creating online forms with a google form, I can customize the form in a few aspects and can make it friendly for our customers. I can add customer service team members as collaborators in the form I have prepared. Making collaborators in Google Forms means I am giving them full access to edit and make changes in the form.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Branching lets me create forms with multiple choice questions but the form will act differently according to how customers answer the questions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a must to have a google account to use Google Forms or any other Google integrations of google. Without the google account I won't be allowed to use any of the Google services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Google Forms to be used to create any type of survey forms and to get feedback from customers. Google Forms is the best way to stay organized with huge data and responses conceded through online surveys and forms.
