What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Its price, functionality and ease of use are good, and the integration with Google Sheets and Google Drive is quite valuable; in fact, the simplicity and sobriety of this tool make it ideal and different from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease with which I can collect and analyze the information, is a great solution and very valuable when reviewing: a tool, a procedure, a service, an event, or simply to know an opinion, feeling or overall customer satisfaction, as well as to update the data of our employees among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its templates are free but limited at the same time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is ideal for collecting data in an easy, efficient and timely manner through informal surveys; it is also ideal for registration during working hours, in small and large events. It can be used to record opinions and sentiments, among other things. If you organize an event that requires registration, Google Forms can help you keep all the information organized and up to date. Google offers an asynchronous collaboration option in almost all of its products; this feature allows cooperation with work teams, which is very valuable.

It's free is probably the biggest differentiator. While it's free, it doesn't have the functionality and features of other platforms.
