What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

User friendly interface, store in cloud with Google drive, Free for all, easy customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool is for short surveys, forms by Google. It is free for all. You can create short forms online easily. It is also best for quizzes where you can set points per question. You can customize fonts of the form, type of questions like choice based or short answer type, long answer type, etc. For every forms you can set header title and description of the form. Apart from that you can also attach header image with your brand name or category type. For every question you can attach images. You can also modify answer type like text, number, url, email, etc. You can save and send forms through google links to anyone easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike. But if we can use custom fonts here it will more awesome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this as it is free and for short surveys, quizzes it is very useful. In companies it can be used for accept feedback, can make it as contact for, etc by in integrating with your website or software. It can be accessed in both web & mobile devices. You can set destination of entries to excel sheets which is very easy.
