However, if accidentaly someone press twice or more times on submit button it records all of them. So, it cannot automatically remove duplicates

It is easy to create surveys and forms with Google Forms, it allows you to use text and images, it is easy to drag and drop items into surveys and forms, you can create and save them from Google drive and distribute them by email, the results are collected directly into spreadsheets and it is completely free.

The interface is easy to use, allows you to organize forms and surveys according to events or processes, integrates with spreadsheets to facilitate the analysis of the collected data, has no limits for question and answer options, is included in G-suite and is multi-channel, as well as being quite flexible and reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not allow the collection of data while offline which makes the use of internet connection indispensable and mandatory for any management, this is an important aspect to take into account by google.

There is one aspect that I don't like in google forms and that is that it offers very few styling and customization options for the design of forms which makes them unattractive and does not match our brand.
