Being free to use and the storage they do provide to collect feedback that requires file uploads

I like the friendly good user interface and the free use of the tool as does not have any loss effect on the business

I like everything Google form has because is user friendly enough

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The best thing is that all responses get collated on an Excel spreadsheet once the responses are collected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convenient usage, the drop-down menu can be edited from backend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recording multiple responses is problematic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product to conduct statistical surveys or to conduct a short list candidates for a job interview.
