What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

That it works on the google workspace, it can sync with google sheets. It has saved me a lot of time with this automation. I can collect leads, export them automatically to a google sheet which my sales team can handle and use to track conversion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive - very easy to use and many users are also familiar with google forms so they're familiar with the layout and UI whenever you send them a survey.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain features would be a good add-on, require external apps/integrations. I feel like Google should just natively add these features and improve the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're using google workspace, there's no reason why you should try something else. The UI may be fancier on other tools but this does the job and more importantly, the data stays within the same ecosystem. You need not worry about data leaks.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It's ease of implementation and clear and simple UI makes it different from all other products and even as it's a product by Google trust is already there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can easily add multiple section as according to questions answered, analytics are damn good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I feel there should be few more features included such as custom redirection url and customised emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're getting started with forms google form will work best for you, as it's not only less costly but also provides great features, value, and ease of implementation.

Its UI is easily understandable for beginners which is easy to user to provide answers in survey's

It provides polls, drag and drops, question and answers a wide range of types of questions which leads to get reports and analytics accurately

It is hardly customizable and some times it takes a lot of time for uploading a file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best tool for surveys which provides a wide range of answering options and simple UI which makes user to provide straight forward answers.
