What sets Google Forms apart from its competing software in the market is that it is completely free! Of course, they have a paid version, but their free version is absolutely amazing! Unlike the other competing software, the free Google Forms has a wide breadth of features that can be utilized by users based on their requirements. This is especially important for small organizations on a tight budget and for students as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about this product is the wide range of template options it has for the users. From work/office related to academics, there are different pre-made templates that the users can use directly, saving time and energy. Another great thing is that it saves your previously created forms so that if needed, you can refer back to them or reuse them in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is a very good product, and having used it for a good number of years I have found it to have more advantages than disadvantages. One disadvantage is that if you're a bigger organization, looking for highly customizable forms, then you might need to think about purchasing the paid version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since this is a Google Suite product, it is available to all users who have a Gmail account. So my recommendation will be to make use of the free version and understand if the product is fulfilling your requirements. Try out the different templates available, so as to understand the product properly. This will help you make the most out of the product.

If you want more than eforms or surveys, then do some research...otherwise, it's a great tool. And it's a no brainer if you're in the Google ecosystem already!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Google Forms to add images and videos to surveys. With custom logic you can set the order of the questions. It can automatically send you a basic summary of the survey results. The raw data from the survey results can be exported and analyzed with spreadsheets or other analysis tools.

File upload limitations still apply to Google Forms.
