What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is a fantastic platform for creating forms and managing all responses received from customers. One of the most notable differences between Google Forms and other platforms such as Microsoft Forms is that Google Forms has a much more optimized design for mobile device browsers, which makes the form can be completed faster, unlike Google Forms, which does not have a version for mobile devices of the forms that are made. It's great to be able to offer a more compact design for people who use their cell phone, as it allows customers to fill out the form on the go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that most positively draws my attention about Google Forms is the wide variety of templates that allows me to place each form that I am making, they are perfectly designed templates, with unique colors and adapted for forms in any area. Also, another thing that I like is that I can have a real-time follow-up of the responses of my clients in the form, and I can receive all these responses immediately, in my administrative panel of Google Forms. It's so great to be able to receive these responses in seconds so we can analyze these responses and come to a conclusion more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My negative criticism about Google Forms is that this platform does not have any application for mobile phones, it does not have applications for Android devices or for iOS devices, in this way it is a bit more complicated for us to manage all the forms that we send to our clients, because the only way to manage them is from our work area. I would like to be able to enjoy an App that allows me to manage all the forms no matter where I am, this would greatly facilitate my accessibility to Google Forms services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To any person or work area who intends to implement Google Forms in their company, I would recommend without a doubt that they take the opportunity to test this great platform. Despite not having an application for mobile devices, it is still a great platform to manage forms in its version in the cloud, since it collects the responses immediately from all clients (something that very few platforms do). Forms get a unique design with the help of templates offered by Google Forms. Without a doubt, it is a perfect option for any company, the forms will always be attractive to customers.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms ranges from questionnaires for retailers to large forms that can be a record of data about a person on a website or registration for a newsletter. I consider that there is a strong difference in these tools with others since Google Forms can be easily integrated with other Google products such as Google Sheets which, generating a report in real time, can be seen in this Google spreadsheet platform. This platform also has the feature of saving everything automatically without the need for a shared drive like other platforms, this means that there are no errors in the data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Forms, because it is only from Google, is not only available for Android, it can also be managed from IOS or desktop, I like this because I can see the responses of the forms in real time on almost any device. I have done several tests to see if the forms can be answered without any problem and it is indeed the case, it is very seldom loading that varies depending on the internet connection but responding is very fast and efficient. It has a function to branch the questions in case you have conditional questions, resulting in a more complete form and more answer options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a big problem that is when working collaboratively, it is not notified when a member of the work team makes a modification, this can be achieved by making certain configurations to be alerted, however it would be nice if it were automatically and not optional. Another negative point is that the design of the form is very limited, having the same appearance, only it changes certain things, on other platforms the customization of forms is more free.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can carry out surveys for a market analysis or you can also capture new clients or potential clients that help you boost your business and find out what they like the most. I consider that this platform has a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface and the data synchronization is excellent, keeping everything in real time, this helps to optimize the work process. Another use you can give Google Forms for small businesses is to create a customer database through forms.
