What differentiates Looker from other similar products?

The analysis provided by Looker has given us a very good user experience. The system is able to compare data between different platforms and different brands. With it we are able to know our numbers in depth and manage ourselves much better through graphs and daily reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With this software we can customize the graphs, tables and reports where all the material is evaluated according to the needs that each company has. This intelligence examines every step and number that we generate and can be seen live through its application. If necessary, the exact search for any data or figure can be added in a simple and very fast way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design facilitates the work and saves time costs with its automated option, but it would be recommended to be able to work even more the interface to make the design simpler and more practical. The support system is not effective and takes time to provide a solution to any questions from users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended to get real time support within the software or via email. Also add options to back up all reports automatically to the computer. And add a trial period or free page to be able to interact with the platform before using it since its investment cost can be somewhat high.

The email schedule option doesnt seem to always work and it's never clear if it's an issue with looker or the recipient's email
