What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As there are currently various sites inside the same firm and we compete with one another, it enables me to view AHT and is incredibly accurate with wonderful options like checking agents' login and logout timings. Everyone who enjoys beautiful data, from novice users to experienced developers, should utilize Looker.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we try to use it on low-end devices & work on more than two or three things at once, it occasionally replies slowly. To make its connection with active directories, it needs some creative improvising and worthwhile upgrades. This flaw causes it to iterate for a while.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the kind of analysis, you require for your corporate decision-making process, Looker is a quicker and easier solution. It aids in the creation of reports and guarantees that everyone can understand what you communicate. The app also forces me to strive toward the objective, which is quite beneficial.

I adore it because it is simple and has excellent features to make life simpler for BI teams. I appreciate how adaptable it is and how quickly it can gather vast amounts of data. Both the customer service and the online help group are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with Looker, its data management, analytical capabilities, and everything else it offers our firm.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its somewhat cumbersome representation is something I find annoying. It would be fantastic to be able to quickly label and edit my visualizations rather than being constrained to a templates-only version because I need to present my charts and conclusions to a diverse group of people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This item is a great visualizing choice. It is user-friendly and simple to learn compared to programs of a similar nature. You may make it as simple or complex as you like, and you can easily let stakeholders modify their opinions of the visualizations.

What differentiates Looker from other similar products?

It is very easy to use, in particular for teams and individuals that do not have a background in SQL, coding or analytics. It is very easy to create custom reports, connect multiple data sources and display the data in aesthetically pleasing ways.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to look at a Look, report or piece of data and understand exactly how this view has been created, using specific dimensions, measures and filters. It makes it super easy to learn and understand how everything is structured.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some limitation to design and customisation of reports. If you create tables of data through merging queries and or custom fields you cannot always display everything in the order you may want. Also the column headers are always displayed on one line so if the name is long it can be cut off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Looker is easy to use and roll out to wider stakeholders to help self serve data for your business. You are able to link dashboards to one another and set up automated reports that can be sent to email groups, slack channels and other destinations. A great way to understand how your business is performing and be able to drill down into data points of interest.
