What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it, it is uncomplicated and has very good capabilities to make life easier for BI teams. I like that it is so customizable and able to compile large amounts of data with unique speed. The customer service is very good, as is their online support community. Overall, I am pleased with Looker, its analytical capabilities, its data management and all that it provides to our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It imposes a learning curve at first, but this is easy to overcome. On the other hand, the processes can be prolonged depending on the traffic.

When we talk about good BI management, analysis and distribution it is inevitable to think of Looker and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I choose to add a table computation back after removing it, I must redo the formula. If only the table calculation could be hidden and revealed. When a SQL mistake happens, the problem position is displayed in the error message, but there is no method to locate the location in the script. Troubleshooting takes a lot of time.

Looker is not only a sales analytics platform but it also acts as a complete big data analytics platform and business intelligence tool that makes it simple to browse, study, and exchange real-time business and sales insights. What do you dislike most about this product?

Generally it responds slowly whenever we attempt to operate it in low-end devices and work on over 2 or 3 aspects at constant time. It desires some improvising and smart updates to form its integration with active directories. Some tools need to be updated and improved for generating far better charts and reports with their data processing feature. Also, it needs additional information source connections to keep it more active.
