What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

It simplifies the process of organizing, distributing, and creating documentation. Building redundancy within a team is crucial so that if one member is absent, another person may fill in utilizing the Guru cards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Guru's text editor is simple to use and resembles WordPress. It's simple to embed films from Vimeo, YouTube, etc. To keep documents structured, it is simple to create folders, tag cards with keywords, and establish sections for each team. Reviewing and searching through cards is quite simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of Guru's words are difficult to understand and can be confusing. However, if you read it again, it will give you greater comprehension, and all you need is some reading time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Guru greatly aids me in properly resolving the customer's issue. The procedure they offered allowed me to gain information and be productive.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Guru to document processes for reference by other employees. By outlining steps, employees find it easy to do things on their own, which saves time instead of always setting up a meeting just to provide instructions on how to do things. In addition, Guru serves as a repository of advice that could be relevant for your use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bringing new team members into the department's internal process documentation, which creates an internal knowledge base for internal users to search.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't customize or make our binder or even notepad. Chrome extension has some bugs and is not always efficient. The web interface could use some work with useful information and more clickable items.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to create and edit Guru card and integrates easily with Slack and works great in Chrome extension, always available on the go.
