I love it;s dashboard, filtering features and reports. It is awesome tool and a must have a tool to improve the peformance of any organization.

A remarkable platform for iterating over ideas

What differentiates Ideanote from other similar products?

Previously, we used Notion for storing our ideas, as well as budgets and backlogs. Ideanote has helped us to separate concerns by providing a platform to brainstorm and collaborate on ideas effectively. It has also provided several analytics which is a game changer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite aspects of Ideanote is that it provides templates that can help us hit the ground running in a very short time. I also love the wide range of analytics that provides great insights for me and my team. Finally, the integrated AI assistant is very helpful. It usually helps put my ideas in perspective by framing the right words.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One minor technical issue that I would love to be fixed is the idea count on the bottom left corner of the dashboard. This count does not update in real-time. It remains the same while adding ideas. It only gets updated when I refresh the page.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ideanote is a great tool to brainstorm and collaborate on ideas. Use this tool to harness you and your team's ideas and bring them to life.

Ideanote shines for its sleek, intuitive interface that lets you launch idea campaigns, upvotes, forums, and mind maps in minutes, creating a real creative collaborative hub, not just another feedback tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I love most is how it keeps teams engaged: easy commenting, ranking, gamification, and workflows that ensure ideas evolve smoothly, from spark to execution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, the downside is limited integrations (outside of Zapier), and if you need advanced reporting or multiple workspaces, pricing jumps quickly, hard to justify for small teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try the free tier or trial. Set up a live idea campaign, test the analytics dashboard, and map out workspace needs and integration fit before committing to a paid plan.
