What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?

Customizations. The relationship buildling between business objects can accomlish anything imaginable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One-Steps to automate workflows. It's smooth and can do nearly anything you can think of.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way with which the system is accessed. The web client is riddled with bugs. The Desktop client is fast and robust, but is very outdated in UI and is not flexible being an installed client. Virtually no mobile access availablity limits are efficiency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think through all workflows. Strip back/hide the Out of the Box features you don't need, then build onto the foundation of what you implemented. Train your users specifically how you want to use them, because there are several ways to do the same thing in Cherwell.
