The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Features, Implementation and Use - Good Product
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Keeper from other similar products?
We evaluated a few different products, Keeper gave us the HIPAA compliance we needed. Additionally pricing was far more favorable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Password Vault and the keeper connection manager.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes working with support is cumbersome and the initial installation of Keeper Connection Manager was very clunky and not very clear. I could elaborate more but want everyone to know that it works and it works well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Read the documentation and ask the questions to the sales/tech side. Especially when implementing something like this product. What I noticed is, in a couple cases, the documentation and support didn't line up with what actually had to be done (KCM setup, SAML integration w/OKTA).
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

Easy to access and maintain user interfaces.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We use a feature called Keeper Connection Manager and it needs some improvement. It isn't at the level of Keeper's competition, yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at several products alongside Keeper. Compare the features you actually need in all the options you choose. Ignore the fluff that you do not need. Don't let the shiny stuff get in the way of your decision.
