It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services and supports password-less sign-in, which makes it very convenient for enterprise users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is how easy and fast it is to approve sign-ins with push notifications, it's super convenient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is the recovery process when switching phones—it’s not as straightforward as I would like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re using Microsoft tools regularly, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s secure, user-friendly, and saves time.

It works seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other Microsoft services — making it the go-to for organizations already using that stack. It supports passwordless sign-ins and push-based MFA approvals, which are smoother and more secure than just typing in a TOTP code.

What I dislike most about Microsoft Authenticator is the lack of cross-device sync for third-party accounts.
