What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Authentication offers a lot of useful features, but one of the most impressive aspects is its seamless integration across various Microsoft services and third-party apps and android and also ios devices

What do you dislike most about this product?

While MFA is great for security, it can occasionally lead to frustration, especially when users are forced to use multiple methods (like text, email, or app notifications). If there are connectivity issues or the user doesn't have access to their primary device, it can cause delays or lockouts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
