It is easily integrated with outlook and other Microsoft authentication services. It's good for MFA and authentication purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy integration with company Active directory and other Microsoft products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few extra steps to setup MFA as compared to other MFA prducts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Integration with Microsoft products and Active directory is very easy. It is so far the best Multi-factor authentication product.

What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?

With Microsoft Authenticator biometric authentication, dependable and useful facial recognition and fingerprint scanning increase security and expedite user access. Using PINs, smart cards, or biometrics, I can quickly verify identities and increase security without interfering with corporate operations. I can control access rights, monitor authentication events, and manage user IDs with this tool, which gives me a comprehensive understanding of security. Apart from passwords, it offers an additional degree of security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Authenticator has all of the advantages. If I had to pick a few, they would be the faster authentication process, which saves substantial time, the decentralization approach, the excellent governance feature, and the ease of management administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?
