Best software to use for ERP and CRM in one platform. Very recommended, it will minimize and easy your daily routine task.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP differentiates itself with its modular structure, deep Microsoft ecosystem integration, and AI-driven automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is its seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and modular approach. Unlike traditional ERP systems, it allows businesses to adopt only the modules they need (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and scale as they grow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its complex setup and customization challenges. While it offers flexibility, configuring the right modules, integrations, and workflows often requires extensive planning and third-party support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose the Right Modules – Unlike traditional ERPs, Dynamics 365 is modular. Start with what you need (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and expand as your business grows.
