What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Functionality wise it has a lot of room for integration and dynamic reporting, which served me well. next best is Sales force but MS Dynamics has its own unique USP when it comes to the level of MS integrations that are customizable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead management and reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Spent a lot of time inputting data on the platform. not that unusual for nay CRM but i'd love this to be further streamlined

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its one of the best in the market, go for it if you can afford it

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

By far this is the Best Software for BPO/KPO and Customer Service. B2B leads, Business Corporate Leads and Customers all types of leads are Created Nd Closed Smoothly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead generation through Facebook, Instagram and Justdial. Marketing and Sales department have to Collaborate and work together on a single page while managing the entire leads cycle from prospects to Sales. In healthcare Industry after sales service of the product plays an important, with Microsoft dynamics CRM its is handled peacefully

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training needs to be provided for a new user, rest its an easy task once you are Familiar with the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Doesnt Matter whether you are a medium or small enterprises, one must definitely give a try.
